Eligibility For Returns

  • Due to the sensitive nature of research products, returns are generally only accepted in cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items received.

  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.

  • Any issues must be reported within a specified period (for example, 7–14 days) from the date of delivery, along with order details and clear evidence (such as photos) of the problem.​

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned under any circumstances for safety and quality reasons.

  • Products that have been improperly stored, handled, or exposed to unsuitable conditions following delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Any items purchased on clearance or marked as non-refundable at the time of sale are final.​

Incorrect Or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect product, damaged shipment, or suspect a quality issue, contact our support team immediately with your order number and supporting evidence.

  • Once the issue is verified, Black Pharma Label may offer one of the following remedies: reshipment of the correct item, store credit, or a refund, depending on the specific case and stock availability.​

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within a set number of business days (for example, 5–10 working days), subject to payment processor timelines.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error by Black Pharma Label (such as an incorrect product being shipped).

  • In some cases, partial refunds or store credits may be issued instead of full refunds, depending on the condition of the return and associated costs.​

Return Procedure

  • Contact customer support before sending any item back; unauthorized returns may be rejected.

  • The customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.​

Order Cancellations
